What’s Blackout Poetry?

Blackout poetry is a unique art form where you create a new poem from an existing text. Instead of starting with a blank page, you take a piece of writing like from a book or newspaper and black out most of the words, leaving only a select few. The words you leave behind then form your new poem, and the blacked out areas create interesting visual designs. It’s about finding hidden messages and new stories within old words.
