“When I see one, it might give me good luck or be there to deliver a message.” — Adriana Rocha
Today, we are looking at the fascinating world of cats through the eyes of writer Adriana Rocha, exploring the moments she shares with the mysterious cats she meets along her journey.
Q: Where do the cats in your life usually come from?
Adriana: These are cats that I happen to meet in the houses I live in or the places I work. They come to me with a feline glance, and I always watch one.
Q: Do they ever sit on your keyboard or notebook when you’re trying to write?
Adriana: Not necessarily right there on the pages, but cats stare at me and pose for the camera. I have always been able to find one, and we stare at each other.
Q: Do they ever inspire you to write?
Adriana: When I take a look at the pictures, I just feel happy to be able to photograph them. When I see one, it might give me good luck or be there to deliver a message.
Q: If cats could write, what kind of writer or what genre would they be?
Adriana: Probably one that delivers messages.
Q: Any other information you would like to share?
Adriana: I love black cats because I have black hair.
